Professional Support: Priority Care with On-Site

Enhanced support with quarterly site visits and faster response times.

Monthly Subscription Includes:

  • 24-Hour Response SLA: Priority WhatsApp/email channel with next-business-day commitment.
  • Quarterly On-Site Visit: 2-hour physical inspection every 90 days (camera cleaning, cabling check, positioning review).
  • Proactive Monitoring: Weekly automated health reports delivered via email.
  • Configuration Adjustments: Up to 4 hours/month for zone tuning, user management, or notification routing.
  • Firmware Management: We handle firmware updates remotely (after client approval).
Excludes: Hardware replacement costs (quoted separately), emergency on-site visits (available at BHD 75/visit).
