- Clean and check all cameras
- Check recorder health, storage, and backups
- Test network and connections
- Reduce false alarms
- Update system firmware
- Update system documentation

- 4-hour response for urgent problems
- Dedicated account manager
- Direct access to our technical team
- Remote monitoring (if you agree)
Contract:

Not Included:
Hardware replacement, electrical work, physical damage (billed separately)
