12-Month Proactive System Health Management (Large Systems)
Annual maintenance contract for monitoring systems with 17-32 cameras. Enterprise-grade service ensuring maximum uptime and performance for larger installations across warehouses, multi-location retail, and commercial facilities.
Quarterly Health Checks (4 visits/year):
- Comprehensive physical inspection of all cameras (lens cleaning, alignment verification, mounting stability)
- NVR/DVR performance audit (RAID health, storage capacity, backup integrity, overwrite cycle verification)
- Network infrastructure testing (PoE switch health, bandwidth utilization, VLAN configuration)
- False alarm audit and recalibration across all detection zones
- System documentation updates (network diagrams, camera locations, configuration changes)
Firmware & Security:
Regular firmware updates applied during quarterly visits, security patches deployed to address CVE vulnerabilities, system hardening recommendations, password policy enforcement.
Priority Support:
4-hour response time during business hours for system failures or critical issues. Dedicated technical account manager. Direct WhatsApp/phone access to BYMB technical team.
Remote Monitoring:
Proactive storage health monitoring via remote access (requires customer consent). Automated alerts for disk failures, capacity thresholds, or system anomalies.
Exclusions:
Hardware replacement parts, electrical work, physical damage repairs, camera relocation, and cabling extensions are billed separately at standard rates.
Contract Terms:
12-month commitment with quarterly visits scheduled in advance. Contract auto-renews unless cancelled 30 days before expiration. Discount available for multi-year commitments.
