12-Month Proactive System Health Management (Small Systems)
Annual maintenance contract for monitoring systems with 8-16 cameras. Designed to prevent issues before they become operational problems, ensuring your system maintains peak performance and compliance year-round.
Quarterly Health Checks (4 visits/year):
- Physical inspection of cameras (lens cleaning, alignment verification, mounting stability)
- NVR/DVR performance audit (storage health, overwrite cycle verification, backup status)
- Network connectivity testing (PoE functionality, bandwidth utilization, switch health)
- False alarm audit and recalibration
Firmware & Security:
Regular firmware updates applied during quarterly visits, security patches deployed to address vulnerabilities, system hardening recommendations.
Priority Support:
4-hour response time during business hours for system failures or critical issues. Direct WhatsApp/phone access to BYMB technical team.
Remote Monitoring:
Storage health monitoring via remote access (requires customer consent). Proactive alerts for disk failures or capacity issues.
Exclusions:
Hardware replacement parts, electrical work, physical damage repairs, and camera relocation are billed separately at standard rates.
Contract Terms:
12-month commitment. Quarterly visits scheduled in advance. Contract auto-renews unless cancelled 30 days before expiration.
