We visit 4 times a year to keep your system working properly.
What We Do Each Visit:
- Clean and check all cameras
- Check recorder health and storage space
- Test network connections
- Reduce false alarms
- Update system firmware
Support:
- 4-hour response for urgent problems
- Direct access to our technical team
- Remote monitoring (if you agree)
Contract:
12 months
Not Included:
Hardware replacement, electrical work, physical damage (billed separately)
For: Systems with 8-16 cameras
